   16. Refund Policy

• If you are unhappy with the service provided by our Cyber Chaperone product, you may request a refund. Refunds are only available for purchases made within the last 30 days. To initiate a refund, please send an email to ryfsny@yebo.co.za with your purchase details and a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction. We will review your request and respond accordingly.
